IT Connect is a walk-up computer support service, similar to the Apple Genius Bar, designed to address your personal computing needs. No appointment necessary! IT Connect is a free service from the David Geffen School of Medicine Information Technology office (DGIT) and UCLA Health.
All mobile and removable media devices must be encrypted before they can be used for University business.
Security software: Need anti-virus or anti-malware software installed? Get Sophos anti-virus and Cisco FireAMP free from IT Connect.
AirWatch enrollment: Check your Mednet Exchange email and calendar securely from your smartphone or tablet using AirWatch. Stop by the IT Connect desk for help installing AirWatch.
Device recommendations: Looking to buy a new computer or external drive? Want to take advantage of special University pricing and packages? Come find out about DGIT recommended devices and discounts available at the ASUCLA Store in Ackerman Union.
