Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the closest airport to UCLA, approximately 11 miles away. You are responsible for planning your transportation from LAX to the hotel. To aid you in your decision-making, please carefully review the information about “LAX-it” here.
Events will be located on UCLA campus: Geffen Hall, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA (885 Tiverton Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90024).
We have made arrangements for your stay at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center (425 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles 90095).
Rooms will be double-occupancy, shared with another incoming student. Please note that the covered costs include room fees and taxes only.
All Second Look attendees are required to show proof of being fully vaccinated (vaccine + booster) or a negative test upon entry per UCLA protocol. Additionally, those who do not have evidence of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 are required to present proof of a negative test within 48 hours in order to attend an indoor event in compliance with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.
We have created a survey where you can upload your proof of vaccination and booster. Please complete this survey by Thursday, April 21.
We require that you wear a well-fitting surgical or KN95/N95 mask, regardless of vaccination status, when indoors and/or in crowded settings.
