UCLA Health and DGSOM Deans Office leadership recognizes the mental, emotional, and physical challenges that this pandemic has brought you and your family.
The UCLA COVID-19 Wellness and Mental Health Workgroup has developed resources and services to provide emotional support to UCLA Health staff and faculty who are working on the frontline and have been impacted by COVID-19.
Members of the Emotional Support Response Team are available for confidential text or telephone check-ins to listen, chat, and provide emotional support and wellness resources. If you would like to request an emotional support check-in or receive more information on trainings and other resources, please email UCLAPWP@mednet.ucla.edu or text/call (310) 903-8854 and identify times that are convenient for you.
In addition, family members of healthcare workers in need of emotional support can also reach out to the UCLA Staff and Faculty Counseling Center (SFCC) at (310) 794-0248. Other mental health resources are listed below.
For more information or to share suggestions, please email UCLAPWP@mednet.ucla.edu.
