What makes a good day in medicine great? A great day in medicine is when our patients feel loved, connected and safe inside and outside of the hospital. On these days, we avoid deficit language and patients feel centered. And, on a great day we can challenge and imagine what it would look like to dismantle systems of power and oppression that affect our patients' health outcomes and wellbeing. Great days also mean that all team members feel valued. This great day is what every day in medicine should look like.
