January 2018 — Banded Chemical SOPs available. Not mandatory to transition, but the new SOP system addresses the administrative burden issue of the old system. Ask your Laboratory Safety Officer for details.
Q1 DGSOM Research Safety Committee Meeting scheduled for March 13, 2018 from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
October 2017 — Standing meetings established for DSOM Research Safety Committee. Second tuesday of March, June, September, and December from 10:30 pm -12:00 pm
1/1/18 — New RAM SOPs have been created. Researchers may begin to use this format now if preferred, but Radiation Safety will use the RUA renewal process as an opportunity to transition SOPs for each lab.
