Step 4: Wash an Enrolled Coat or Scrub Piece via the Soil Bin Process

Note: Coats/scrubs must have a Mission Linen barcode to use this process. If your garment does not have a barcode like the one depicted below, you must first enroll your coat via the Retapes Process (see Step 3).

A. Fill out log sheet – Use one line per garment. Record an email contact and the Mission Linen Barcode number (boxed in red on image) in clear print on the log sheet at your location.

Note: CHS and Jules Stein users can now use the web-based log sheet at https://goo.gl/LonrBL.

B. Photograph your garments and/or the log sheet for your own personal records.

C. Deposit your dirty garments into the Soil Bin.

D. The vendor visits campus on Thursdays. Enrolled garments (Soil Bin) will return one week after pickup. Follow directions at your chosen location for pickup details.
