If you are a Luskin Guest, please park in Lot 8. At the kiosk, select the 2-day rate and use Code: CC589957DG

If you are not a Luskin Guest, please use Lot 18. To submit your parking, use: Friday Parking Link | Saturday Parking Link. [Please park at Lot 8 and use Code:CC589957DG if Lot 18 is overflowed.]

If you are parking at Lot 18, it is strongly recommended that you register for parking as soon as possible, as Lot 18 has limited spots for Friday 4/22.

Center for Accessible Education (CAE) – DGSOM Disability Services

The mission of the Center for Accessible Education (CAE) is to create an accessible, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all UCLA student with disabilities. CAE works closely with the DGSOM faculty, staff, and students to determine and implement reasonable accommodations while maintaining student privacy.

If you would like more information regarding CAE services, documentation requirements, or potential academic and clinical accommodations, Grace Clifford – Director for DGSOM Disability Services, will be hosting virtual drop in hours:

Getting Settled

1. Hotel check-in at the Luskin begins Friday at 4:00pm.

Early? Luskin can hold your luggage for you or we can hold them at Geffen Hall.
Make your way to Geffen Hall area in the afternoon. Event check-in begins at 1:00pm.

2. Items to Remember:

Be sure to have a well-fitting surgical or KN95/N95 mask to wear during the event.
Have a photo I.D. on hand for check-in.
If you have not already provided proof of vaccination and booster, you will need to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test at check-in. Limited rapid tests will be available if needed.
Comfortable footwear is recommended throughout the event.
Recommended Attire:
Friday – Casual | Saturday – Business | Sunday – Casual

3. Second Look 2022 - Scavenger Hunt

Instructions: During Friday through Sunday's programming, use your phone’s camera and collect as many of the listed photos as possible. The first 4 to complete the list and show Geovani Ibarra will receive a goodie bag! Please upload your photos using the QR code in the link above. Have fun!
