Tuition and Fees for 2020-2021 academic year (Fall,Winter, Spring quarters) are available on the Registrar's Office website.

Please note that there is an additional fee for a 3-unit fieldwork in the summer between Years 1 and 2.

To help you plan your education, here is a breakdown of the estimated cost for the 2 year M.S. in Genetic Counseling program for the class of 2023. Please note that certain expenses, such as health insurance, room and board, personal expenses, and transportation, are not included below and will vary depending on your living arrangement and lifestyle. One major factor that influences a student’s budget is tuition, which varies depending on whether or not that student is a California resident or non-California resident. See what qualifies you as a California resident on the UCLA Registrar’s Office website and the COVID-19 temporary amendment to UC residency policy and guidelines.

Information about fellowships and scholarships can be found on the Financial Assistance page.
