Specialty Spotlight: Pathology

On select Wednesday evenings throughout the academic year, Specialty ACE teams (i.e, Specialty Advisors for Career Exploration) share with you their passion for their career choice, and address questions that you might have about their specialty. This complements the Resident Roundtable Series that was held throughout the fall, when students could connect informally with current residents in a broad spectrum of fields.

The target audience for the Specialty Spotlight Series is students at all levels!

First and second-year students may want to learn more about the specialty, details about the required years of training, the variety of possible career directions following residency, lifestyle, etc. Students might also want to explore research opportunities within the specialty and connect with potential mentors. Students in the clinical years may have additional questions regarding the residency application process for each field.
