Under support from the Dean’s Office of Inclusive Excellence, RPAM has been implemented in phases that include the launch of various initiatives and sub-programs.  

 

Phase 1 

  • RPAM Steering Committee

  • RPAM Socialization to the DGSOM / UCLA Health Community 

  • RPAM 101 Training

 

Phase 2 (We are here.) 

  • RPAM Ambassador Program – trains Tier I Circle Hosts

  • RPAM Tier 1 Community Building Circles

 

Phase 3 

  • Resourced, dedicated RPAM Team under the Dean’s Office of Inclusive Excellence 

  • RPAM Advanced Ambassador Program – trains Tier 2 and 3 Circle Hosts

  • RPAM Tier 2 Restorative Circles

  • RPAM Tier 3 Support Circles
