For Faculty and Neurodivergent Student Participants with previous experience at a community college or HBCU in the U.S.
For Faculty
We are looking for individuals who are faculty members or administrators at a community college or HBCU in the U.S. Your participation would entail a 1.5 hour Zoom interview about your experiences (or lack of experience) working with neurodivergent/autistic students in the higher education environment.We will also ask you about institution-level services and supports that might be available to thesestudents.
You will be compensated with a $50 Amazon gift card for your time. We are collaborating with Dr.Shanter Alexander (Howard University) in this research.

For Students
We are looking for participants with experience as an autistic/neurodivergent student at a community college or HBCU in the U.S. Your participation would entail a 1.5 hour Zoom interview or Qualtrics survey about your experiences in the higher education environment. We will also ask you about your psychological health, educational experiences, and professional development.
You will be compensated with a $50 Amazon gift card for your time. We are collaborating with Dr.Shanter Alexander (Howard University) in this research.
