Dr. Packard is an Assistant Professor-in-Residence of Medicine and Physiology and also serves as the Lauren B. Leichtman and Arthur E. Levine Cardiovascular Investigator.  His group’s research efforts are to (i) dissect mechanisms of chemotherapy-induced cardiac injury, (ii) explore novel molecular pathways leading to cardiac repair and regeneration, and (iii) develop imaging and invasive strategies to characterize high-risk atherosclerotic lesions.
