• 12:00 –1:30pm - PRIME-LA Luncheon; Global Health Pathway Luncheon (Invitations Only)
• 1:30pm – 4:30pm - Main event check-in
• 2:00 – 4:00pm - Mini-Sessions with Financial Aid
• 1:30 – 4:00pm - Campus Tours

• 4:30 – 6:30pm - Welcome Picnic

   

Saturday 4/5

• 8:00 – 9:00am - Welcome Breakfast with the Deans
• Introductions to DGSOM
• Student Organizations and Affinity Groups Fair and Lunch
• Medical Simulations and Concurrent Sessions
• 6:00 – 8:00pm - Admit Weekend Reception

Sunday 4/6

• 8:00 – 10:00am - Farewell Breakfast with Admissions (optional, drop-in breakfast)

Directions

• Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the closest airport to UCLA, approximately 11 miles away. You are responsible for planning your transportation from LAX to the hotel. To aid you in your decision-making, carefully review the information about LAX-it.
• Events will be located on UCLA campus: Geffen Hall, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA (Google Maps: 885 Tiverton Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90024).
• Activities are on campus at Geffen Hall and the UCLA Botanical Gardens.

• Event check-in will be at the front entrance of Geffen Hall on Le Conte.

   

Parking Information

• Lot 8 (Hilgard Ave) and Lot 18 Visitors (Le Conte Ave) will be complimentary parking options. 

We have made arrangements for your stay at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center (Google Maps: 425 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles 90095).

Rooms will be double-occupancy, shared with another incoming student. Please note that the covered costs include room fees and taxes only. 

Hotel check-in begins at 4:00pm. Luggage can be held at the hotel prior to 4:00pm.
