What is a live course?
In collaboration with UCLA and community stakeholders, the Center for Continuing Professional Development supports the planning and delivery of an array of in-person, live streamed and hybrid course. The Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) defines a live course as “a live activity where the learner participates in real time. A live course is planned as an individual event. A live course can either be classified as an in-person event or live-streamed via an online platform.” (ACCME, 2021)
