How do I get a copy of my certificate of completion or certificate of attendance?
Courses (e.g., conferences, symposia, etc.): To obtain a copy of your learner certificate, please contact our learner liaisons at CCPD@mednet.ucla.edu. Please include your full name, date of the course, course name, and course ID if available.
RSS/Longitudinal Programs: To obtain a copy of your learner certificate, please contact the series coordinator. Please include your full name, date of the course, course name, and course ID if available.
What payment methods do you accept for course registrations?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards, and electronic checks for course registration.
How do I get added to your email distribution to be notified of upcomi
To join the UCLA CCPD’s mailing list, submit a request and we'll notify you of upcoming events. Join Today
To be removed from the distribution list at any time, email CCPD@mednet.ucla.edu.
How do I cancel my registration?
Requests for canceling registration must be received in writing via an email to CCPD@mednet.ucla.edu. Refunds will be subject to the terms outlined in the course registration form.
