Wash an Enrolled Coat or Scrub Piece via the Soil Bin Process
Note: Coats/scrubs must have a Mission Linen barcode to use this process. If your garment does not have a barcode like the one depicted below, you must first enroll your coat via the Retapes Process (see Step 3).
A. Fill out log sheet – Use 1 line per garment. Record an email contact and the Mission Linen Barcode number (boxed in red on the image) in clear print on the log sheet at your location.
Note: CHS, Jules Stein, BSRB and MRL users can now use the web-based log sheet.
B. Photograph your garments and/or the log sheet for your own personal records.
C. Deposit your dirty garments into the Soil Bin. Please note: CHS does not have separate bins for retape or drop off.
D. The vendor visits campus on Fridays. Enrolled garments (Soil Bin) will return 2 week after pickup. Follow directions at your chosen location for pickup details.
