This study (A5386) is looking for people who are taking HIV treatment and whose viral load is undetectable. The study will see if an experimental drug called IL-15 given alone or in combination with two broadly neutralizing antibodies (bNAbs) directed against HIV is safe and leads to control of HIV. After receiving these medications, participants will temporarily stop taking their HIV treatment and will be monitored closely to see how well their HIV is controlled without treatment.

Eligibility:

  • 18-70 years of age
  • HIV positive
  • On continuous HIV treatment for at least 96 weeks
  • Undetectable viral load for at least 96 weeks
  • T-cell count ≥ 500
