The mission of LA Cosecha is to increase allies fighting for equitable healthcare for farmworkers by raising awareness amongst future healthcare providers on the health plights of farmworkers and simultaneously working to expand access to preventative healthcare resources available to farm working communities surrounding the greater Los Angeles.

The Mobile Clinic Project at UCLA aims to improve the health outcomes and quality of life of individuals experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations in the greater Los Angeles area by connecting them to the existing continuum of care. MCP strives to establish a safe, nonjudgmental environment where people of all backgrounds can receive direct medical care, social services, and compassionate connection.

The mission of the UCLA Clinical & Translational Science Institute (CTSI) is to produce and implement innovations that impact the greatest health needs of Los Angeles and the nation. The Grants Submission Unit (GSU) supports the grant application process, with particular emphasis on large and complex grants. In particular, their Diversity in Research Program supports underrepresented and emerging scientists, early-stage investigators, and junior faculty's life-changing research that will better serve the communities most underrepresented and impacted by health inequity, inequality, inaccessibility, and affordability.
