The UCLA GME Program Coordinator Leadership Council (PCLC) is a voluntary group of GME program administrators from a variety of programs, residencies, and fellowships who lead Program Coordinator professional development, advocacy, wellness activities, events, and workshops across the David Geffen School of Medicine. The PCLC also functions as an advisory committee to the GME Office when they are preparing annual budgets for programming (PC retreat, education, wellness resources) to support all GME Program Coordinators. Committee members also serve as representatives to the Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC), GMEC Policy Subcommittee, GMEC Inclusive Excellence (OIE) Subcommittee, GMEC Annual Institutional Review Subcommittee, and Resident Contract Advisory Committee, as well as in leadership roles on university-wide and national organizations.
Membership is open annually by nomination/self-nomination.
