The conference is a comprehensive, impactful educational program designed for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, clinical nurse specialists, CRNAs, and physicians. This conference will explore current best practices and emerging innovations across a wide spectrum of acute and chronic care settings. Attendees will benefit from a series of expert-led lectures, evidence-based case discussions, and policy focused sessions aimed at enhancing clinical expertise, advancing knowledge of healthcare innovations, and fostering interprofessional collaboration. Key topics will include complex patient management, pharmacological updates, the integration of artificial intelligence in clinical practice, and interprofessional teamwork strategies. Participants will leave with practical solutions, advanced clinical knowledge, and the leadership skills necessary to enhance patient care and drive innovation in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:
 

  1. Analyze the implications of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare, including effects on patient care, care delivery, costs, diagnostic accuracy, personalized treatment, and ethical considerations.
  2. Apply interdisciplinary collaboration principles using evidence-based and case-based learning approaches.
  3. Apply integrated care models to improve care coordination and continuity across varied healthcare settings.
  4. Analyze recent healthcare policy developments and their impact on advanced practice roles and healthcare delivery systems.
  5. Design culturally responsive strategies that address the needs of diverse patient populations (e.g., language, health literacy, social determinants of health) and integrate them into a clinical or organizational care plan to promote patient-centered care.
  6. Formulate leadership approaches to lead change and drive innovation within scope of practice.
