Lewy body dementia (LBD) is a type of progressive dementia that leads to a decline in thinking, reasoning, and independent function. This support group is a collaborative effort between the Mary S. Easton Center in the Department of Neurology and the UCLA Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Program in the Department of Geriatric Medicine. It is FREE for family caregivers seeking a supportive environment in which to give and receive emotional and practical support from others who are on the same journey of caring for someone with Lewy body dementia.
