Strategies for Optimizing Mentorship and Facilitating the CIMER Competencies

This Faculty Development Lecture Series session will provide DGSOM faculty with practical tools and evidence-based strategies to strengthen mentorship and support faculty and trainee development. Participants will explore approaches for fostering effective mentoring relationships and applying the CIMER (Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research) competencies to promote excellence in mentorship.
