About
Anne Skinner serves as Chief Administrative Officer for the UCLA Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI), an institutional and NIH-supported research partnership that provides research infrastructure, programs, and services to accelerate clinical and translational research across UCLA and its partner institutions. In this role, she provides strategic, administrative, and operational leadership for the institute, supporting programs and resources that enable investigators and research teams to advance scientific discovery and improve health.
Anne also serves as Chief of Staff in the Dean’s Office at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where she supports the Dean and senior leadership in advancing school-wide strategic priorities and initiatives.
