Edward Ha, MD, MEHP is Clinical Professor of Medicine and the Assistant Dean for Clinical Education at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He completed medical school at Northwestern University in 2005 and subsequent residency training in combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics in 2009. He also obtained a Master’s Degree in Medical Education from Johns Hopkins University in 2020. Dr. Ha has been heavily involved in resident and medical student education since joining faculty, including serving as one of the chairs of the 4th year advising and clinical skills curricular programming and overseeing the development of the 4th year capstone course. He has received multiple teaching awards, including the UCLA School of Medicine Golden Apple Award 4 times and the Excellence in Education Award. He joined the Dean’s Office in 2016 as Assistant Dean for Clinical Education.
