Kelli Scott

Kelli Scott serves as Chief Administrative Officer for the UCLA Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine, where she provides administrative and strategic leadership in support of the department’s clinical, research, and educational programs. Working closely with departmental and School of Medicine leadership, she oversees operations, finance, human resources, research administration, compliance, and organizational initiatives. Kelli brings extensive experience in healthcare and academic administration from leadership roles across UCLA Health. Her professional focus centers on operational effectiveness, strategic planning, and fostering an environment that supports excellence in patient care, research, and medical education.
