Lindsay Herman

Lindsay serves as Executive Chief Administrative Officer for the Department of Pediatrics and the Department of Family Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine. She oversees finance, human resources, academic personnel, medical education, research administration, and strategic operations across both departments. Lindsay has been with UCLA for just over seven years, after spending seven years in institutional strategic planning roles at Northwestern and the University of Chicago academic health systems. She holds an MBA with a focus in Health Care Management and Marketing from The Wharton School and completed her undergraduate studies at Stanford University.
