UCLA Health Pride Network

The UCLA Health Pride Network is the systemwide employee and trainee resource group devoted to our LGBTQ community and their allies, covering all LGBTQ initiatives categorized under our four foundational pillars of Clinical Care, Advocacy, Research, and Education. The goal of the Pride Network is to empower our UCLA Health LGBTQ employees and their allies to have a collective voice in fostering a welcoming, respectful, unique, and creative culture within our UCLA Health LGBTQ community and the overall UCLA Health organization.

REACH UCLA Health

Advocating for equitable health outcomes for under-resourced communities, faculty, staff and trainees have come together as a collective to establish REACH — Realizing Equitable Access to Care for Health — at UCLA Health, working to:

  1. Widen access to UCLA Health for low-income individuals, particularly those covered by MediCal
  2. Increase access to UCLA Health for Black and Latino communities of Los Angeles
  3. Ensure that these patients receive comprehensive and structurally competent services within UCLA Health
