FAQ's

  • If I have completed semesters at a 4-year university, but did not graduate, and am currently enrolled at a community college, am I still eligible?
    • Yes, students who have not completed an undergraduate degree (either BA or BS) are eligible to apply.
  • Can I apply if I am an international student?
    • International students are eligible if they are a permanent resident, or have documentation of approved Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status in the State of California
  • Can I still apply if I graduated from a high school in another country?
    • Yes, so long as you meet the other eligibility criteria.
  • What if I plan to attend a 4-year university outside of California?
