Pediatric Grand Rounds - Pediatric Headache

Sinifunanya E. Nwaobi, MD, PhD is a pediatric neurologist and headache specialist at UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital. She received her MD PhD from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed child neurology residency and headache fellowship at UCLA. Dr. Nwaobi is also a KL2 Awardee in the Clinical & Translational Science Institute at UCLA, where she leads research on the modulatory role of the sleep-wake cycle and adenosine in migraine, focusing on cortical spreading depression and sensory sensitivity.
