Clinical Research at UCLA
Hybrid
Hosted by: Project ReConnect brought to you by UCLA Ecological Medicine & Psychedelic Studies Initiative
The potential role of psychedelic medicine in psychiatry is generating significant interest, especially for its promise in treating psychiatric conditions that are not always responsive to traditional therapeutics. This panel will highlight ongoing and upcoming studies at UCLA , with investigators discussing how UCLA-based research can address critical factors like set and setting, the theme of ecological medicine, and structured interactions with plants and animals. As part of the event, affiliates planning investigations with psychedelic medicine will be encouraged to share their areas of interest, study objectives, design, challenges, and plans for study launch.
