LOT 8 and LOT 18 Visitors PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Event check-in at Geffen Hall begins Friday at 1 p.m.
  2. Hotel check-in at the Luskin begins Friday at 4 p.m.
    • Early? Luskin can hold your luggage for you/we can hold them at Geffen Hall. 
  3. Remember:
    • Photo I.D. for check-in.
    • Comfortable footwear recommended throughout the event. 
    • Recommended Attire:
      • Friday – Casual
      • Saturday – Business
      • Sunday – Casual
  4. WiFi Access: Select "MEDGUEST" to gain access.

1:30 - 4:30 p.m. — Tours
4 - 6 p.m. — Welcome Picnic
8 - 11 p.m. — Student-Led Mixer

2 - 4 p.m. — Afternoon Sessions, including SIM Center, Global Health, Urban Health Equity, Community Health, Health Equity, PRIME-LA
4:10 - 6:10 p.m. —Break
6 - 8 p.m. — Second Look Reception

Directions

  • Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the closest airport to UCLA, approximately 11 miles away. You are responsible for planning your transportation from LAX to the hotel. To aid you in your decision-making, carefully review the information about LAX-it.
  • Events will be located on UCLA campus: Geffen Hall, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA (Google Maps: 885 Tiverton Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90024).
  • Activities are on campus at Geffen Hall and Switzer Plaza. 

  • Event check-in will be at the front entrance of Geffen Hall on Le Conte.

     

Parking Information

We have made arrangements for your stay at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center (Google Maps: 425 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles 90095).

Rooms will be double-occupancy, shared with another incoming student. Please note that the covered costs include room fees and taxes only.

Center for Accessible Education (CAE) – DGSOM Disability Services

The mission of the Center for Accessible Education (CAE) is to create an accessible, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all UCLA student with disabilities. 

If you would like more information regarding CAE services, documentation requirements, or potential academic and clinical accommodations, there will be open drop-in hours on Saturday 4/13 from 12-1pm in GH148 with  Grace Clifford – Director for DGSOM Disability Services, at gclifford@mednet.ucla.edu.
