We have made arrangements for your stay at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center (Google Maps: 425 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles 90095). Rooms will be double-occupancy, shared with another incoming student. Please note that the covered costs include room fees and taxes only. 

Hotel Check-in begins at 4:00pm on the day of your arrival. Check-out is at 12:00pm. Luskin can hold your luggage should you arrive early or have a later departure time.

  • It is highly recommended that attendees are up-to-date with their COVID vaccination status.  

  • Masking is not required but is strongly recommended while indoors. Masking is optional outdoors but is recommended when in large crowds or where physical distancing is not feasible. 

  • We will follow LA County and UCLA public health guidelines at the time of the event and will communicate any changes if needed.  

  • If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms while participating in the event, please self-test before resuming your participation.   

  • Please have a photo ID on hand for check-in

  • Masks are encouraged indoors

  • Comfortable footwear is recommended

  • Recommended Attire - Friday: Casual, Saturday: Business, Sunday: Casual
  • Should you need WIFI on campus, please select "MEDGUEST"

Center for Accessible Education (CAE) – DGSOM Disability Services

The mission of the Center for Accessible Education (CAE) is to create an accessible, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all UCLA student with disabilities. CAE works closely with the DGSOM faculty, staff, and students to determine and implement reasonable accommodations while maintaining student privacy.
