Under support from the Dean’s Office of Inclusive Excellence, RPAM has been implemented in phases that include the launch of various initiatives and sub-programs.
Phase 1

- RPAM 101 Training

- RPAM Ambassador Program – trains Tier I Circle Hosts
- RPAM Tier 1 Community Building Circles
Phase 3
- Resourced, dedicated RPAM Team under the Dean’s Office of Inclusive Excellence
- RPAM Advanced Ambassador Program – trains Tier 2 and 3 Circle Hosts
- RPAM Tier 2 Restorative Circles
- RPAM Tier 3 Support Circles
