2025 FAST Adelante Institute

On behalf of Dr. Erica Lubliner, Dr. Xavier Cagigas, and Dr. Elizabeth Hernandez, we are pleased to invite you to our Adelante Inaugural Institute 2025, where we will present the findings of our UCLA Faculty Forward Initiative grant project, the F.A.S.T. Pathway. As promised and thanks to your generous support, we will share the F.A.S.T. Pathway Toolkit, which aims to demystify the academic pathway for bilingual and bicultural mental health providers. We will share insights from the project and offer opportunities to connect with stakeholders, health practitioners, and trainees. We are excited to bring you all together to advance academic excellence and increase Latinx representation in academia.  Details and an RSVP link are below:

At this gathering, we will share the current landscape, discuss our proposed pathway based on community engagement efforts, and build connections and community to foster a vibrant and inclusive environment for all faculty, staff, and trainees.
