Dean's Office Hiring Resources
The Dean's Office requires standard request forms be submitted and formally vetted through the monthly Hiring Committee for all position actions, including increasing effort, repurposing a position, or re-hiring for a vacant position. Follow the information below to get started on your position or compensation request.
Use the Position Request Packet (last updated 05/18/2020) for new, replacement, and repurpose position requests.
All requests must be submitted by the last day of the month to be reviewed by the Hiring Committee the following month.

Use the Compensation Request Form (last updated 07/09/2018) for equity requests, stipend requests, position reclassifications, and market salary adjustments.
Use the Position Transfer Request Form for transferring a position and all related duties to a different Department or Organization. You can also use the packet to request position de-activations.
