Road to Residency 2024

Join UCLA for our 6th annual conference geared towards the experiences of U.S. graduating medical students who are underrepresented and historically excluded in medicine (i.e., Black, Indigenous, Latinx, first-generation, rural background, etc.) on the residency match process. 

All students regardless of background and class year are encouraged to join.

The conference will be held on Saturday, August 24 from 9:00 am - 2:30 pm PST and will allow medical students of all class years to learn about residency programs at UCLA, meet residents and faculty of diverse backgrounds, gain practical tools and skills to become a more competitive residency applicant, and engage with leadership from various departments! This year’s conference will be in person. Current UCLA Physician Faculty and Fellows are welcome to volunteer for Mock Interviews and Department Networking Sessions. Register to volunteer here.
