Executive Search

Executive Search Services (ESS) is UCLA Health’s in-house executive search team, focused on recruiting top leaders for the DGSOM and UCLA Health System. Each year, ESS manages select recruitments assigned by senior leadership and offers consultative support, templates, and expertise.

Additional Support

While the Executive Search Team only handles a finite number of leadership positions per year, assigned by senior leadership, they are available for consultation and can help provide templates, answer questions or share recruitment expertise for other senior level recruitments.
