GHESM Presents: Bending the Arc Documentary Screening

The Global Health Equity and Social Medicine (GHESM) interest group is hosting its first event of the year!

Join us for a screening the powerful Documentary "Bending the Arc". This film follows the journey of Dr. Paul Farmer, Dr. Jim Yong Kim and Ophelia Dahl as they work to transform global health. From their groundbreaking efforts in Haiti to Peru and Rwanda, their innovative community health model has significantly enhanced the ability of local communities ability to address critical health injsutices such as multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis, malnutrition, HIV/AIDs and more.
