This Teaching Kitchen Program will include training in:

  • Nutrition
  • Cooking
  • Movement and exercise
  • Mindfulness
  • Health coaching

Who Can Participate? 

  • People 21 to 70 years of age
  • Are overweight or have obesity
  • Have at least 1 of the following:
    • prediabetes
    • fatty liver disease or abnormal liver labs
    • high cholesterol   

Participants will receive:

  • Free cooking classes and groceries
  • Up to $200 worth of incentives for completing study assessments

   People with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes are not eligible
