Off-Campus Leased Space
Compliance
Off-Campus Lease
UCLA Campus Real Estate is responsible for the review and analysis of all off-campus requests for leased space. Departments are required to submit a Department Authorization for Lease (DAF) to the DGSOM Controller's Office for review prior to approval by the Senior Associate Dean of Finance and Administration and the Dean. The DGSOM Controller's Office will work with department leadership and UCLA Real Estate to review the business need, preferred location, required term, the approximate size of the space needed and the proposed funding source prior to submitting the approved authorization to UCLA Health Real Estate.
Please reach out to the DGSOM Controller's Office prior to submitting requests.
