Employee Time and Leave Reporting                                         

DGSOM Controller's Office procedures outline the requirements for employees to accurately and promptly record their time worked and any leave used on their time sheets.  This procedure also outlines the requirements for managers to review and approve time sheets to meet HR payroll deadlines. 



DGSOM employees use Huntington Business Systems (HBS) to submit time worked and request leave. 

Policy Deadlines

Departments are responsible for compliance with biweekly and monthly timesheet deadlines.

Departments have quarterly and annual requirements to stay compliant with management of the HBS system. 

Procedures and Controls

Departments should maintain records of all necessary reports to document compliance with these procedures.
